1.Introduction

BF1178 Electric motor bosch common rail test benchwhich used to test common rail pumps, common rail injectors and common rail pipe like BOSCH/DELPHI/DENSO/SIEMENS etc brands. This equipment adopts humanizing control interfaces, can control the parameters of the oil pressure, pulse width, frequency and the scale valve duty cycle.

>>> Test range: BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, SIEMENS etc brands common rail Injectors and pumps

>>> Detect the tightness of the common rail pump

>>> Detect the performance of the common rail pump high-pressure oil supply, pressure sensor , pressure limiting valve

>>> Test the tightness of the high-pressure common rail injector

>>> Measuring the high-speed and idle speed oil of the common rail injector

>>> Measuring the pre-inject and return oil quantity of the common rail injector

>>> High pressure washing towards the common rail injector

Optional Functions:

This type can add the following functions as customer’s need: HP0 pump testing, PIEZO injectors testing.
